By offering several different packages, every customer’s budget has the ability to take advantage of these programs. Clearcom's “Premier Support Program” and the 41 years of combined experience will help you make informed decisions regarding technical issues your company faces on a day to day basis and eliminate unexpected repair costs.
Clearcom's "Maintenance Support Program" is offered in two packages. The first package is a hardware only program, which does not include any labor. You have the ability to combine this program with our “Professional Services” package. The second “Maintenance Support Program” package is a full service, parts and labor program. The labor included covers repairs and services associated with an equipment failure. System programming associated with any type of adds, move’s or changes will be billed at the normal hourly rate.
The "Professional Services Support Program"" provides our client the ability to acquire a block of time to use for any type of technical service Clearcom offers. These types of services include system programming, consulting, repairs, training and adds, moves or changes!
